Aishwary Deshpande

Aishwary Deshpande has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. From 2023, Aishwary worked at Prodware Solutions as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, responsible for the complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US. This involved developing action plans and recruiting strategies, sourcing candidates through various channels, and utilizing traditional and creative sourcing methods.

Prior to this, from 2022 to 2023, Aishwary worked at Infojini Inc as a US- IT Recruiter. Here, Aishwary handled recruitment processes, including screening applicants, sourcing resumes from different job portals, and working with clients through implementation partner Apex Systems.

From 2017 to 2022, Aishwary was a Business Owner at The Avon Company. Responsibilities included analyzing reports, managing a team, and monitoring market intelligence and competitor movements.

Aishwary also had experience as the College Development Committee Head at Excelsior Education Societys K C College of Engineering Mith Bunder Road Kopri Thane (E) from 2020 to 2021.
