Rambha Thakur

Rambha Thakur has been working in the field of Human Resources since 2016. Rambha started their career as a Customer Service Associate at Amazon, where they helped customers with their queries related to services provided by Amazon, provided resolution as per the customer needs within the policies of the organization, and created tickets and escalations as and when required. In 2021, they transitioned to a Talent Acquisition Specialist role, where they reviewed job descriptions in order to understand the needs of hiring managers as well as asked relevant questions that will help identify the right candidate(s). Rambha also wrote or enhanced job descriptions in order to make them more "market-friendly" and warm & cold-called potential candidates to inform of the opportunity and benefits of the specific position and company. Currently, they are working as a Bench Sales Recruiter at Prodware Solutions since 2023.

Rambha Thakur completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur. Rambha also obtained their Higher Secondary in Science from Kendriya vidyalaya in 2009-2011. In September 2022, they obtained their Microsoft Teams Essential Training certification from LinkedIn.
