Paula Almeida

Paula Almeida is a seasoned Human Resources professional currently serving as a Técnica de Recursos Humanos at Proef since September 2024. Previously, Paula worked at FREZITE – Ferramentas de Corte, SA as a Técnica Administrativa RH / Payroll from November 2018 to August 2024, overseeing the HR administration for three companies within the group, including tasks related to contract management, attendance control, legal compliance, payroll processing, and internship management. Prior to that, Paula held the role of Técnica de Payroll at PROEF GROUP from September 2009 to November 2018, managing HR administration for eight companies across Portugal, Angola, and Mozambique, also focusing on expatriate management. Paula's earlier experience includes a position as a Recepcionista at Santa Casa Da Misericórdia De Santo Tirso from October 2008 to September 2009, where responsibilities included reception tasks, managing medical consultations, and assisting with treatments.
