Pedro Barros has over 18 years of work experience in the field of IT. Pedro started their career as a Programmer Analyst at CPCis in 2001, where they worked until 2003. Pedro then joined Indra as an IT Consultant and stayed with the company until 2007. From 2007 to 2009, Pedro worked as an IT Manager at Eurico Ferreira. Currently, they are employed as an IT Director at PROEF, a position they have held since March 2009.
Pedro Barros has a Master's degree in Business Information, which they obtained from Universidade Católica Portuguesa in 2007. Prior to that, they attended Universidade Portucalense (UPT) from 1995 to 2000, though it is not specified whether they obtained a degree or studied a specific field of study there.
In addition to their academic qualifications, Pedro Barros has obtained two certifications. In February 2022, they became Microsoft Certified in Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals. In May 2023, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org.
