Federico Buti

Senior Devops Software Engineer at Proemion

Federico Buti began their work experience at Reykjavik University in 2009, where they worked on the development of a fast algorithm for identifying Single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in DNA. These SNPs are important for understanding our susceptibility to various diseases.

From 2009 to 2012, Federico worked at the University of Camerino as a PhD student and later as a contract professor. Federico'sresearch focused on multi-scale modeling of biological systems, exploring emergent behavior by bridging different models.

In 2012, Federico joined Sistemico Srl as a software engineer, specializing in embedded Linux systems, mobile and desktop markets, and microcontroller-based systems. Federico provided custom solutions to customers and played a key role in architecting the company's projects. Federico also introduced a SCRUM-like approach to the software development process.
