Ketika Kapoor

Ketika Kapoor is the Co-Founder & CEO at ProEves. Ketika has over fifteen years of experience in the Human Resources field and is a certified subject matter expert in Job Evaluation.

Kapoor started their career as a Consultant at Aon Hewitt in 2005. In this role, they were responsible for leading the Broad-based compensation practice in the Middle East. Ketika led projects involving role profiling, job evaluation, rewards benchmarking, pay range design and compensation structuring.

In 2010, Kapoor was promoted to Senior Consultant at Aon Hewitt. In this role, they were responsible for leading the Broad-based compensation practice in the Middle East. Ketika also worked extensively in the areas of organization transformation and re-structuring, including change management and communication consulting.

In 2015, Kapoor was promoted to Director at Aon Hewitt. In this role, they were responsible for large projects across all industries in Rewards practice in the Northern Region. Prior to this role, they led FMCG and Pharma Industry verticals within the rewards practice in India. Ketika has been the Project Manager of most large scale M&A/Integration projects in Rewards in the Pharma space.

Kapoor has a deep understanding of the Executive Compensation and Corporate Governance solution areas in India. Ketika is a certified subject matter expert in Job Evaluation and has been recognized as a thought leader in the field of Human Resources.

Ketika Kapoor has a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Management Development Institute. Ketika also has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Indraprastha College For Women. Ketika is currently a student in Commerce at Modern School.
