Michael Dace

Michael Dace is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in directing and scaling sales teams across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at ProExhibits, Michael previously held the same position at Sense where leadership included the scaling of Business Development Representative (BDR) teams and execution of Go-To-Market strategies. Throughout a progressive career, Michael has successfully managed sales teams at TextUs and ADP, consistently exceeding quotas and enhancing client relationships. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Southern Illinois University and an Associate's degree from Harper College. As a distinguished athlete, Michael was a NWCA National Champion and a two-time NJCAA All-American in wrestling.
