Jeff Houghton

Jeff Houghton is an accomplished leader in the construction and industrial services sectors, currently serving as Chief Developer and Growth Strategist at GROUP ICM since January 2020. With a vision focused on optimizing on-site project solutions, Houghton has significantly expanded the reach of companies Jeff has led, including PSI GROUP~PROFAB SPARK INDUSTRIAL, where Jeff has been Executive Director since 2013, enhancing services across British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. As the founder and Executive Chairman of the Indigenous Construction & Maintenance Alliance Group, Houghton has played a vital role in creating opportunities for Aboriginal communities in Canada. Their previous leadership roles include Executive Chairman of the Union Construction Alliance Group and Chief Development Officer positions at Global Rope Access and TFL Industrial. Houghton holds a B.S. degree in psychology from the University of Southern California and certifications in welding technology and millwrighting from the College of New Caledonia.
