Raf Gelders

Raf Gelders, PhD, serves as the Business Director at Profacts since July 2025, focusing on developing and scaling syndicated research capabilities for actionable insights within the Mediafin ecosystem. Previously, from October 2017 to March 2025, Raf Gelders held the position of Vice President of Research and Advisory at Gartner, where significant contract value growth was achieved through the development of content and advisory services on AI and digital transformation, including leading global studies such as the Gartner CIO Agenda Surveys. Prior experience includes roles as Research Director and Team Manager at CEB, where research on technology leadership and innovation was expanded, and various research positions at IRSMarketing Ltd, Ghent University, and the Research Foundation Flanders. Educational credentials include a PhD and Master's degree from Ghent University, and an MPhil from Jawaharlal Nehru Vishvavidyalaya.
