Esmeralda Perez Carrillo

Esmeralda Perez Carrillo is a specialized psychologist with extensive experience in social management, particularly in infrastructure projects. Since March 2016, Esmeralda has provided personalized advisory services as an independent professional. In addition, Esmeralda has worked with the Alcaldía de Medellín since April 2009, coordinating social management for infrastructure projects. Previous roles include supporting the selection process for MetroSalud at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia and working in social management for Metroplús S.A., where Esmeralda contributed to the implementation of social management plans. Educational qualifications include a Specialist in Human Talent Management and Productivity from Universidad de Medellín and a degree in Psychology from Universidad de Antioquia.
