Leticia Díez Fraile

Leticia Díez Fraile possesses extensive experience in coaching, social work, and training, with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a coach, social worker, and trainer at Profesional Independiente since June 2010, Leticia aims to enhance the well-being of individuals and organizations. Additionally, Leticia holds the position of program director at Women Who Walk the World and is the regional director for Proactivas in Northern Spain, focusing on promoting change in organizations through a new perspective on care and well-being. Leticia's involvement with AICP - Asociación Internacional de Coaching y Psicología dates back to April 2010, where contributions as a coach, tutor, educator, and advisor have been made, alongside serving as vice president in Spain until 2014. Previous roles also include an international certified coach with IESEC HUMAN and group coach with Artcoaching. Leticia's educational background encompasses a Diplomatura in Work Social from Escuela de Trabajo Social de Huelva and Universidad de Huelva, completed between 1994 and 1998.
