Luis Encinas

Luis Encinas is a highly experienced arquitecto with a specialization in transportation buildings, including metropolitan systems, railways, and airports. Currently serving as Arquitecto Superior at Profesional Independiente since December 2019, Luis has previously held the position of design manager for railway stations and interchanges at PROINTEC S.A. from August 2014 to December 2019. From 1991 to 2013, Luis was responsible for the architecture department at ACCIONA Ingeniería S.A.U. Luis holds a degree in Arquitecto with a focus on Urbanismo from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, completed between 1980 and 1991, and has completed secondary education at Colegio Estudio from 1965 to 1979.
