Professional Arts Specialty Pharmacy

Professional Arts Specialty Pharmacy is a nationally recognized industry leader in specialized pharmacy solutions with ~25 years’ experience. We have built our reputation for meeting the unique needs of patients, prescribers, and manufacturers by our commitment to quality in every aspect of our business from the medication we dispense to the customer service we deliver. Professional Arts first opened in 1998 as one of the first compounding-only pharmacies in the nation and quickly started to gain national recognition. As pharmacy began to evolve and become more complex, we continued to find new ways to solve problems for prescribers and patients. In 2009 we developed a patient support department with a clinical staff and a patient call center to address pharmacy’s complex needs. We then expanded services to assist prescribers with culture and/or DNA reviews. This included making clinical assessments, therapy recommendations, advanced patient education and extensive follow-up. Through this experience prescribers recognized the value Professional Arts brought to their practice and their patients which is how we entered the specialty pharmacy world. We had not originally set out to start a clinical program to satisfy accreditation requirements or contractual obligations, but instead did it because it was the right thing to do for patients and providers. Since then, Professional Arts has continued to grow to become a National Specialty pharmacy with 50 state licensure and broad payor coverage. Despite our dramatic growth, we never lost sight of what matters most: helping our patients better manage their conditions and improve their quality of life. By combining cutting-edge technology with our team’s unique experience, we act as a bridge between patients, prescribers, and manufacturers to simplify the complex and help us all live a little easier.
