Jessica Voss is a seasoned professional in enterprise sales with extensive experience in the customer engagement and technology sectors. Currently serving as an Enterprise Sales professional at SupportLogic since 2021, Jessica is also the Founder of the podcast "The Contact Center Gurus" and acts as a PACE Ambassador for the Professional Association for Customer Engagement.
