Nathalia Tappan

Nathalia Tappan has a diverse work experience, primarily focusing on video editing and production. Nathalia started their career in 2010 as a dive instructor at Bertuol Dive Center, where they also provided operational support and conducted environmental guided dives. Nathalia then interned as a scientific diver at the Brazilian Navy Marine Research Institute, where they conducted their own experiments and assisted with various tasks for PhD students' projects.

In 2011, Nathalia became a dive instructor at Buddy Dive Resort, where they provided scuba diving instruction, operational support, and translated marketing materials. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a video producer at Reef Renewal Foundation Bonaire, managing all aspects of video production from concept to post-production.

After taking a year off for travel and personal development, Nathalia worked as a freelance video editor for Braven in 2016, producing internal corporate videos. Nathalia then joined Underwater Connection Inc. as a Marketing Manager and Retail Manager, implementing digital marketing strategies and standardizing the brand's image across digital channels until April 2022.

In 2022, Nathalia has held video editor roles at PartsBase Inc., Endeavor, and Professional Bull Riders, LLC, where they have been responsible for video editing keynote presentations, motion design, and adhering to brand guidelines.

Nathalia Tappan's education history is as follows:

Between 2023, Nathalia attended the School of Motion and obtained an Advanced 2D Animation degree in Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics, and Special Effects. Nathalia also received a certification in Advanced 2D Animation (Advanced Motion Methods) from the same institution.

In 2022, Nathalia completed the Animation Bootcamp at the School of Motion, where they focused on 2D Animation and Motion Design. Nathalia also obtained a certification in Principles of Animation (Animation Bootcamp) from this institution.

From 2006 to 2010, Nathalia attended the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande - FURG, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Oceanography.

Before entering university, Nathalia studied at Colégio T. Parthenon from 1994 to 2005, where they completed their elementary and high school education.

Aside from their formal education, Nathalia has obtained several additional certifications. These include Collaborating on Video Projects with Frame.io from LinkedIn, obtained in May 2022, and DaVinci Resolve Fundamentals also from LinkedIn, obtained in January 2022.

In 2021, Nathalia completed the Social Media Marketing Certification Course from HubSpot Academy.

Furthermore, in 2004, they obtained the First Certificate in English (FCE) - ESOL Examinations from Cambridge English Language Assessment.
