Sami Jo Smith

Sami Jo Smith is a seasoned professional in rodeo operations and athlete relations, currently serving as the Women's Rodeo Championships Director of Operations and Rodeo Administration at Professional Bull Riders since August 2025. Previously, Sami Jo held various roles at the World Champions Rodeo Alliance, including Director of Operations for the Women's Rodeo World Championship and Associate Vice President of Athlete Initiatives. With a strong foundation in managing athlete relations and event marketing, experience includes roles such as Athlete Relations Coordinator at RFD-TV, where responsibilities encompassed managing large athlete cohorts and coordinating significant rodeo events. Educationally, Sami Jo holds a degree in Agriculture Communications from the University of Wyoming and an Associate of Science from Laramie County Community College.
