William Hoagland

William Hoagland has extensive experience in civil service, currently serving as a Civil Process Server at Professional Civil Process since March 2011, while also working as a Letter Carrier for the United States Postal Service since November 1998. Previously, William served in the US Army from February 1978 to February 1998, holding the positions of Recruiter and Station Commander. William's educational background includes studies at Austin Community College and St. Edward's University.
