Pending orders can be viewed and tracked to ensure facility compliance with physician orders. Access is secure and privileges are defined by the corporation or their facilities. This data can be printed, emailed, or faxed by the user. Each facility we service is assigned a dedicated account manager who is available 24/7 to meet your needs. Our 800 number is also answered 24/7 by an actual ProLab employee who can support client needs immediately via phone.
