Joseph Hannigan has had a varied career, beginning in 2001 as an Assistant Store Manager at Eckerd. In 2002, they took on the role of Bus Boy at Gino's Pizza and Restaurant. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as a Network Administrator at FX Technologies, LLC, where they worked with clients to maintain/upgrade existing and configure new networks. Joseph also provided complete network care, from simple desktop help to 24/7 dedicated emergency network/server monitoring. In 2005, they also held the role of Logistics Team Member at Target, where they scanned items into stockroom locations to keep inventory accurate and removed items from queue that sold previous day. Additionally, they were a Student Aide/Lab Assistant for Computer Lab at Dutchess Community College in 2005, where they helped students with their computer programs and programming classes and opened and watched the lab on the weekends. In 2009, they became the Owner of Hannigan Web Company. Finally, from 2010 to present, Joseph has held the roles of IT Project Manager and Senior Network Administrator at Professional Computer Associates, Inc.

Joseph Hannigan attended Dutchess Community College from 2004 to 2008, during which time they obtained an A.A.S. in Computer Information Systems, an A.S. in Information Management, and a Certificate in Web Administrator. Joseph also holds a Certified Meraki Network Associate certification.
