John Kelly

John Kelly currently serves as the Vice President of Government Affairs and Strategic Engagement at PCSI - Professional Contract Services, Inc. Since January 2021, John has operated as the Owner/Consultant for John Kelly Consulting, specializing in public policy solutions for individuals with disabilities. Previously, John held various leadership roles at SourceAmerica from 2001 to 2020, culminating in the position of Vice President of Government Affairs and Public Policy. Early career experiences include management positions at Borders Books and PepsiCo, as well as teaching in Japan. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Mary Washington.
