Troy Golba

Troy Golba is a seasoned professional in workforce development and education, currently serving as the Workforce Development Training Manager at PCSI - Professional Contract Services, Inc. since December 2016, where Troy has contributed to the creation of a nationally awarded training program and engaged in technical writing for standard operating procedures. Prior experience includes working as a Training and Development Specialist at College Living Experience, an Adult Education Instructor at Austin Community College, and a Project Specialist at Pearson, where Troy focused on vendor satisfaction and evaluating student coursework.
