Tracy Way

Tracy joined ProCredEx as Director of Member Success in October of 2021, and is responsible for all aspects of providing the best possible implementation and user experience for their exchange members. She possesses over 18 years of experience in healthcare both in the ambulatory clinical and Health Information Technology space. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of building relationships with and assisting dozens of organizations across the country in their journeys to provide quality healthcare. She has a true passion for understanding the needs of their members and providing simple, sustainable action plans for both short and long term success.

Prior to joining Professional Credentials Exchange, Way spent five years working in ambulatory clinics. She then transitioned into Information Technology where she served in various roles with a population health management vendor as well as HIE/HIN’s in Michigan. Tracy is a Michigan native who enjoys music, being outdoors, yoga, exercise, cooking, skiing/snowboarding, and various DIY projects.
