Juanita Young-Chapa

Juanita Young-Chapa started their work experience in 2006 as a Credit Analyst/Collection Manager at McKenzie Leasing and Finance. Juanita then joined Hawes Financial Group in 2009, where they held the roles of Commercial/Special Asset Collection Manager and later Collection Manager - Professional Credit. In 2018, they joined Professional Credit as the VP of Legal Operations.

Juanita Young-Chapa has a background in Banking and Finance. Juanita attended Lane Community College where they studied Banking and Finance. In addition to their education, Juanita has obtained certifications in Healthcare Collection Management and as an ACA International Professional Collection Specialist. Juanita acquired the Healthcare Collection Management certification in July 2016 from ACA International, the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals. In April 2005, they obtained the ACA International Professional Collection Specialist certification from the same institution.
