Pam Olson has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Pam started their professional career in 1992 at Fingerhut as a Sr. Marketing Engineer, where they implemented marketing and communication strategies for a national catalog company. Pam worked there until 1997. After that, they joined Branson Entertainment Group as a Sales Manager, promoting Branson entertainers and their shows in the Minneapolis/St. Paul marketplace. Pam managed the Branson show sweepstakes Give-Away Program and successfully met the group's goals and objectives. Pam then worked at PSI, Inc. from 1999 to 2013, serving as the Vice President of Sales/Marketing. In this role, they were responsible for the company's sales and marketing activities. Finally, they joined Professional Diversity Network in 2013 as the Vice President - National Accounts. Pam played a crucial role in developing and operating online networks that provided diverse professionals in the United States with access to employment opportunities. Pam also supported employers in identifying and acquiring diverse talent while ensuring compliance with EEO-OFCCP regulations.
