Austin Smith

Austin Smith is an experienced educator and behavior specialist currently serving as a High School Mathematics Instructor at the International Academy of Flint since August 2017, while also working as a Behavior Specialist with Genesee Education Consultant Services. In addition to these roles, Austin has been a Substitute Teacher for Professional Educational Services Group, LLC since October 2015. Prior career experience includes positions as a Financial Advisor at Edward Jones, a Finance Manager at Garber Chevrolet, and a Global Logistics Purchasing Co-Op at The Dow Chemical Company. Austin holds a Master’s Degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Michigan-Flint and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Business Management from Northwood University.
