Mert T.

Mert T. began their work experience in 2020 as a Relationship Advisor at Comparisonator. In 2021, they joined PFSA Türkiye as a Director. In January 2021, they became the Director of International Operations at the Professional Football Scouts Association (PFSA), where they also served as the PFSA Representative in Turkey from October 2019 to January 2021. Most recently, in September 2023, they started working as a First Team Scout at Crewe Alexandra Football Club Company Ltd.

Mert T. has a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Public Administration from Turkish National Defense University, completed from 2011 to 2015. They are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Sport Management at İstanbul University-Cerrahpaşa, which started in 2021 and is expected to end in 2023. Additionally, Mert has obtained multiple certifications in various fields, including football coaching, talent identification, opposition analysis, data visualization in Python, and Python programming, among others.
