Emily Miller

Emily Miller, CSEP, is an accomplished professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in catering and sales management. Currently, Emily serves as the Director of Catering at Shamin Hotels since November 2018. Emily has also held the position of Catering Sales Manager at both PROFESSIONAL HOSPITALITY RESOURCES, INC. and Coastal Hospitality Management Company, LLC since January 2016 and November 2013, respectively. Prior to these roles, Emily worked as a Restaurant Manager at Crestline Hotels & Resorts and as a Recreation Attendant at The Walt Disney Company. Emily earned a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Recreation and Tourism Studies from Old Dominion University in 2011.
