Helen Horn

Helen Horn, CIC, CISR, CPIA, has extensive experience in the insurance industry spanning several decades. Currently serving as Industry Resource Representative at PIA Management Services since March 1998, Helen manages the BusinessLink program, assisting insurance agencies in finding carriers and managing general agents, while also maintaining carrier tracking files and monitoring rehabilitation and liquidation processes. From March 1985 to March 1998, Helen worked at Schenectady Insuring Agency as a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative, focusing on servicing and marketing commercial accounts, particularly in sectors such as contractors and educational institutions. Helen holds a Bachelor of Arts in vocal music education from Keuka College and an Associate of Arts in Music Performance from Onondaga Community College.
