Dean Fletcher's work experience includes holding various roles in different companies. Dean started their career at Verity, where they worked in software sales, closing deals with Fortune 500 companies. Dean then joined Pacific Interstate Insurance Brokers as a member agency. Later, they became the President of Mission Counties Insurance Agency, where they managed daily operations and achieved significant growth through cross-selling campaigns and outside sales efforts. After that, they worked as a Sales Representative at Cascade Fire Equipment, where they increased sales by 150% and maintained a higher profit margin than the company average. Dean then served as the Regional Marketing Manager at Top Premium Finance, achieving endorsement from PIIB and increasing production for top agents. Subsequently, they worked as a Field Sales Specialist at CNA Insurance, bringing in new agents and increasing focus class business. Dean then became a Marketing Representative at Kemper Preferred, developing strategic partnerships with agents to drive growth. Dean further expanded their career as a Territory Manager at EMPLOYERS Insurance Group, growing the book of business with current and new agencies. At Oregon Mutual Insurance, they held multiple roles, including Marketing Manager, Director of Sales and Marketing, and most recently, Agency Marketing Manager, achieving significant revenue growth and increasing production from the agency force. Dean'smost recent position is as the Executive Director of Affiliate Sales & Service at Panorama Insurance Associates.
Dean Fletcher attended Sonoma State University from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing.
