Shawna McDonald CRM, CIC, CISR, currently serves as the Managing Director of Placement & Affiliate Relations at Panorama Insurance Associates since September 2025, bringing over 20 years of property and casualty expertise and extensive operational knowledge of EPIC and ARC. Previously, Shawna held the position of Vice President at FPMG Insurance Solutions, LLC, from March 2015 to October 2025, and served as Risk Manager at both The Ezralow Company and First Pointe Management Group from January 2013 to October 2025. Shawna also worked as Commercial Lines Manager at East West Insurance Services from November 2010 to January 2013, and gained vital experience in placement at Lange & Associates Insurance Agency Inc. from September 2007 to March 2010. Shawna holds a Certified Insurance Counselor degree from The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research, earned between 2004 and 2007, specializing in commercial insurance and construction.
