Jenny Buechner

Jenny Buechner is a seasoned professional in the field of deaf interpretation and advocacy, currently serving as a Deaf Interpreter at Professional Interpreting Enterprise Inc. since February 2020 and as a self-employed consultant since August 2018, providing valuable training and consultations to enhance accessibility for deaf individuals. Buechner held the position of President at the National Association of the Deaf from July 2022 to July 2024 and was the Executive Director of Deaf Unity, Inc. from January 2017 to July 2018, focusing on organizational administration and community outreach. Prior experience includes various roles at Hamilton Relay, managing product portfolios, social media marketing, and advocating for the hearing loss community. Buechner's career began with educational roles at the Wisconsin Educational Services Program for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.
