Heather then went on to become a Certified Association Executive (CAE) through ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership in December 2014. Heather has also earned the 2022 Executive of the Year title from the VETERINARY MEDICAL ASSOCIATION EXECUTIVES INC in July 2022. Continuing their professional development, they obtained the Association Digital Marketing Certificate from Association Academy in December 2022 and the Association Membership Growth Certificate from the same institution in March 2023.
