Jeff Dixon, MBA, ACHE, Doctoral Student, has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jeff served in the US Army as a 1SG for 26 years, from September 1980 to August 2006. During this time, they gained valuable leadership and management skills.

After their military career, Jeff joined Professional Performance Development Group, Inc. as a Product Line Manager in August 2006. Here, they led a team of skilled professionals and successfully increased the customer base. Jeff also coached and mentored team members for career advancement.

In 2013, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Management (BsBM) degree, focusing on Business Administration and Management with a specialization in Change Management, from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, they received a certificate from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2013.
