Bronwen Harty

Bronwen Harty is an experienced financial and operational leader with a strong background in the music rights and technology sectors. Currently serving as Financial Manager: IT Delivery and Business Architect at PPS since February 2019, Bronwen previously held the position of Head of Operations at Universal Music South Africa from April 2017 to April 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at the Southern African Music Rights Organisation NPC from February 2012 to March 2017, where responsibilities encompassed strategic planning, operational oversight, IT infrastructure management, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery. Bronwen's career also includes roles as General Manager: Finance & Administration and Financial Manager at the Southern African Music Rights Organisation Ltd from 2008 to 2012. Bronwen holds a B Com degree in Business Economics from Wits University, completed between 1986 and 1991, and attended Kingsmead College from 1981 to 1985.
