Silindile Nandisa Gumede is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the insurance and legal sectors. Currently serving as Manager for Legal, Risk and Compliance at PPS since November 2023, Silindile has previously held the position of Legal Advisor at Hollard Insurance from December 2021 to November 2023, and at Nedbank Insurance from October 2019 to November 2021. Silindile began their career in the legal field as an admitted attorney at Brazington & McConnell Attorneys from March 2015 to January 2018, and has also worked in various legal roles at Old Mutual Insure. Earlier experience includes a Financial Reconciler role at Premier Foods Durban and as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director at Nkuna Construction. Silindile holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, completed in 2008.
