Winton Goliath has been working in the HR field since March 2011 for PPS, where Winton serves as a Senior Business Partner. Prior to this, Winton was a Team Leader in the Annuities Department and Direct Client Services at Liberty Life from 2002 to 2008. Winton's responsibilities included managing teams, motivating and coaching team members, conducting staff appraisals, authorizing payments, and providing staff training. Goliath also has a high school degree from Riverlea High and further education from Milpark Business School.
