Libby Ferris is the Associate Director at Professional Research Consultants, Inc. Libby joined PRC in July 2017 and is responsible for training new Associate Production Specialists in the Patient Experience (PX) Client Services department. Libby has a background in sociology and anthropology from Carleton College, where Libby also worked as an office assistant and course assistant. Prior to PRC, Libby worked as a Weitz Fellow at the University of Nebraska at Omaha Service Learning Academy and as a Summer Camp Counselor at Tamahay Camp for Girls. A dedicated and experienced professional, Libby excels in mentoring, training, and providing solutions to client inquiries.
