With a solid background in maternal and child health as a former owner and certified doula at DFWdoula, Sydney emphasizes evidence-based education and community collaboration. Sydney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Women's & Gender Studies from The University of Texas at Arlington and has participated in advanced training through Birth Boot Camp.
