Megan R. is currently the Head of Loss Prevention at One Beyond, where they focus on innovative loss prevention strategies and minimizing financial risks in retail operations. They previously served as a Shrink, Security and Safety Partner and a Group Shrink and Security Partner at Tesco, where they led initiatives to enhance security and reduce shrinkage across stores. In addition, Megan worked as a Compliance and Operations Specialist at Hallmark UK & Ireland and as a Group Head of Transformation at Professional Security. They hold a degree in Art Studies from Leeds College of Art and completed Cyber Security education at the Cisco Networking Academy.
