Max Ferrin

Max Ferrin is the Group Head of Transformation at Renoir Consulting, leading the Transformation Practice since October 2019 in Singapore. With a focus on Operational Excellence and Sustainable Change Management, Max has developed comprehensive frameworks and strategies for various transformation services. Prior experience includes roles at Al-Futtaim as Transformation Programme Manager and PMO Manager, Capita as Acquisitions, Disposals & Re-Organizations Programme Manager, and Qatar Airways as Business Support Group Manager where strategic project oversight was conducted for Qatar Duty Free’s Transformation programme. Max's career also includes IT management positions at Hackett London and Globant, as well as a leadership role in Business Process Outsourcing at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Max holds a degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Abierta Interamericana and a high school diploma with a focus on Accounting Studies.
