David P Young has over 25 years of work experience in the environmental industry. David P started their career as a Project Manager at Fugro McClelland from 1990 to 1995. David P then joined ATEC / ATC Associates as a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager, where they gained valuable experience in remediation system implementation and O&M services for petroleum-related industries. In 2004, they joined Horizon Environmental Services, Inc. as an Environmental Specialist IV/Project Manager, leading surveys, studies, and assessments to ensure compliance with environmental regulations. David P also acted as a team leader, coordinating communication between stakeholders and authorities. In 2008, David became a Project Manager at Professional Service Industries, Inc. (PSI), where they were responsible for coordinating environmental projects, assigning tasks, and overseeing staff development. Currently, they work as the District Environmental Quality Coordinator at the Texas Department of Transportation, where they are involved in managing environmental quality projects.
David P Young attended Texas State University from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Environmental Science.
