Robert Orchard has a diverse work experience in the engineering and construction industry. Robert started their career at Pinnacle Western as an Engineering Tech II in 2005 and worked there until 2008. Then, they joined Kleinfelder as a Special Inspector from 2008 to 2010. After that, they worked at Professional Service Industries, Inc. (PSI) as an Engineering Tech III starting in 2010. In 2014, they joined KPFF Consulting Engineers as a Special Inspector for a year. Currently, they are employed at Carlson Testing, Incorporated as a Special Inspector, a position they have held since 2016. Robert Orchard is ICC Certified in 5 disciplines and OBOA/WABO in 9 disciplines.
Robert Orchard attended Umpqua Community College from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Civil Engineering Technology/Technician.
