John Hertrich

John Hertrich has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. John founded Professional Software Associates, Inc. in 1993, where they served as President until 1998. During this time, they built the organization and focused on professional services. John then joined Wind River Systems in 1998 through the acquisition of Zinc Software, Inc., where they worked as a Project Manager. John had assignments in Michigan, Germany, and Iowa, working with companies like Siemens VDO and John Deere. In 2004, Hertrich returned to Professional Software Associates, Inc. as President, where they negotiated and executed the acquisition of Zinc software technology. In 2015, they co-founded Hex Digital Health, a company focused on leveraging technology in the healthcare industry. John also served as a co-founder and board member of DualAuth, a subsidiary of eSTORM Ltd. specializing in authentication technologies. In 2019, they joined Identité as the COO and later became the President & CEO, leading the company's growth and focusing on passwordless authentication. Currently, Hertrich is the President & CEO of Professional Software Associates Inc. (PSA), where they have expanded the company to multiple locations in the United States and a Development Center with over 100 employees. John provides leadership in enterprise IoT, railroad designs, and identity management, while also guiding product marketing, professional service sales, and building strategic relationships with domestic and international customers. Throughout their career, Hertrich has demonstrated expertise in leadership, project management, and business development.
