Cristina Bautista-Abbott has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Cristina started their career as an Operations and Human Resource Director at Rojonet Restaurant and Catering Services from 1991 to 2000, where they managed 10 restaurants and implemented marketing and advertising programs. From 2007 to 2012, they worked as a Realtor at Keller Williams Elite Realty, conducting property appraisals, providing financial information to clients, and showing homes. In 2014, they held multiple roles including Admissions Advisor at ITT Technical Institute, where they interviewed potential students and assisted them through the admissions process, and also as a Recruiter at Professional Software Engineering, Inc., where they implemented recruiting strategies and posted jobs in various job boards.
