Rikki is the founder and first president of the Professional Speaking Association in the UK and Ireland. Rikki has a background in marketing, public relations, and consultancy services, with a focus on gender diversity and acceptance. Rikki holds an MSc in Gender Research from the University of Hull and A levels in Social Sciences from Chippenham College of Further Education.
