Mike Oczypok

Mike Oczypok serves as the Director of Operations for both Winners Alliance and the Professional Tennis Players Association since February 2023. Prior to these roles, Mike held the position of Director of Sales Operations at Teamworks from November 2020 to February 2023, following the merger that resulted in the formation of the parent company of INFLCR. As Chief of Staff and Director of Operations at INFLCR from March 2019 to November 2020, Mike contributed significantly to the organization. Earlier experiences include Operations Manager at PCG Builders and Marketing Professional at The MindSide Sport & Performance Psychology. Additional roles encompass player services for the U.S. Women's Open with the USGA and various positions in business operations and coaching. A former student-athlete at the University of Alabama, Mike earned an MBA in Strategic Management and Marketing, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management.
