Davita Mueller

Davita Mueller has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Davita started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Walsh Bros. Office Environments, where they resolved customer issues, trained new staff, and coordinated training programs. Davita then worked as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Arizona, researching distance learning best practices and creating course materials. Davita also served as a Planning Intern at the City of Tucson, where they completed the Sidewalk Inventory Report and ADA Bus Stop Accessibility Study.

Mueller's transit planning experience includes roles at Sun Tran, where they worked as a Planning Analyst, Transit Planning Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Service Planning & Development. In these positions, they coordinated transit planning activities, managed data collection, recommended service changes, and evaluated system performance. Davita also collaborated with various internal and external stakeholders and ensured compliance with federal non-discrimination laws.

Davita Mueller obtained an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts, Computer Aided Drafting, and Pre-Architecture from Pima Community College, where they studied from 2000 to 2004.

Davita then pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Regional Development, with a minor in Architecture History & Theory, at the University of Arizona. Davita attended the University from 2004 to 2007.

Davita Mueller continued their education at the University of Arizona, where they earned a Master's degree in Planning (Land Use & Community Development) from 2008 to 2009.

Davita also obtained a Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Science/Systems from the University of Arizona, which they completed in 2010.
