David Burns

David Burns has a diverse work history spanning various roles in maintenance, sales, and transportation. Currently serving as a Technician for the City of Gladewater since October 2019 and maintaining a simultaneous position as a Driver for Professional Transportation, Inc., David has also held positions such as Assistant Manager at Dollar General and Inside Sales Representative at O'Reilly Auto Parts. Prior experience includes supervisory and maintenance roles at Hunters Crossing and Kilgore Independent School District, as well as significant leadership experience at Good Shepherd Health System as a Senior Lead Plant Operation Technician. Additionally, David has a background in security as a Lead Passenger/Baggage Screener with TSA. David holds a degree in Mechanical Technology from the College of Southern Nevada.
