Karen Boublis is currently a Board Member at the Professionals In Human Resources Association (PIHRA). Prior to this, they held various HR positions at different companies. These include: Consultant at People Partners, LLC; Board Member at Habitat for Humanity, Ventura County; HR Business Solutionz; Vice President of Human Resources at DTS Digital Cinema; and Supervisor of Human Resources at VPA, Inc. Karen also served as an HR Development Representative and Business Partner at Intel.
Karen has a long and varied history in human resources. Karen has experience in developing and revising policies, procedures, and benefit schemes. Karen is also experienced in investigating and resolving employee relation issues and complaints. In addition, they have led and managed several downsizing actions with no legal challenges.
