Samy Lahbabi

Samy Lahbabi has extensive work experience in the field of artificial intelligence and technology. Samy is currently the Co-founder and Chief Executive of ProfessorBob.ai, an EdTech company that uses AI to revolutionize education. Samy is also the Co-founder and Chief Operating & Product Officer of the same company, where their role involves providing personalized educational pathways for inclusive and equitable education.

Prior to their current roles, Samy worked at AXAMP lab, where they focused on artificial intelligence innovation and worked as a Consultant/Entrepreneur. Samy was also a Co-founder and Chief Education Officer at The AI Institute, where they played a significant role in developing educational initiatives.

Samy has experience in digital publishing and education, having worked as the Director of Product and Innovation at Gutenberg Technology. Samy has also held the position of Director of IT & AI at a medtech start-up.

Before venturing into the tech industry, Samy worked at HTC as a Senior Product Manager in Mobile Advertising and Location-Based Services. Samy also gained experience in telecommunications consulting at Beijaflore Telecom and Beijaflore Telecom for SFR, where they held various roles such as Senior Consultant, RFQ Manager, Audit & Industrialization Manager, Deployment Project Manager, and Integration & Validation Manager.

Early in their career, Samy worked at France Telecom R&D as a Research Engineer, focusing on statistical modeling of IP feeds for differentiated quality of service. Samy also worked at Botha Tech as a Studies Engineer.

Samy Lahbabi attended École Polytechnique from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained a Master's degree in Signal Processing & Computer Science. Samy then moved on to Télecom Paris from 2002 to 2004, where they also obtained a Master's degree, but this time in Wireless and Highspeed Communication. Prior to these universities, Samy attended Classes Préparatoires at the Lycée Henri IV from 1997 to 1999, focusing on Maths, Physics, and Informatics. Before that, they attended Lycée Fustel de Coulanges from 1994 to 1997. Finally, they completed their primary education at Ecole Primaire Charcot from 1984 to 1989.
